No, all appointments must be booked through our booking system. If you're interested in a last-minute appointment, feel free to contact us via call or text to check availability.

If you’ve purchased a Groupon voucher, please book through the "Groupon Clients" section on the service page. A $20 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee helps offset the costs of offering discounted services through Groupon. Do not enter your Groupon code—the voucher will be redeemed after your service. If you miss your appointment, a $20 rebooking fee applies, and the voucher will be redeemed before rescheduling. If you do not wish to pay the non-refundable fee, you can request a refund directly through Groupon.

As a solo esthetician, I am unable to provide services at the same time. You will need to book your appointments back-to-back. Typically, there is a 30-minute gap between services to allow time for proper breakdown and setup for the next client.

Yes, but we require removal of previous extensions and booking of a full set.

We offer e-certificates only. You can choose to email the e-certificate directly to the recipient, or if you'd like to keep it a surprise, email it to yourself and print the voucher to give to them. Gift cards can be found at the bottom of our booking page.

A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge. Lash appointments scheduled beyond 4 weeks may require booking a full service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will forfeit your deposit and need to reschedule with a new deposit.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Future appointments will require full prepayment.

We do not offer refunds for services or products. Contact us within 72 hours for a complimentary troubleshooting session.

The remaining balance is due at the end of your service. We accept Cash, Venmo, SquareCash, and credit cards.

For safety and space reasons, guests are not permitted during appointments.

If you feel unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. Same-day cancellations due to illness may still result in a 50% charge.
The Modern Heiress uses Acuity for online booking and requires an active card to secure your appointment. We enforce a strict No-Show and Cancellation policy.
